Some poker rooms refusing clients

May 20, 2010 by Casino Jackpot Leave a Comment

Unfortunately for the French players, some sites refuse categorically that Francophones have access to their online poker rooms. The reason is simple, the month of June 2010 France will liberate the market of gambling with many restrictions. It is for these reasons that some rooms are taking the lead in boycotting the French players.

This new bill will soon be introduced in France, is undoubtedly a sound on the web and the government. Restrictions attributed to online poker are strong and should bring several hacks to play illegally.

The restrictions in question were established according to the following rules. The French players will necessarily play on sites in the format “. Fr”, a fee will be allocated on each hand they play at a poker game and finish off their existing accounts on any rooms Poker will be deleted or reset in the case of a French website.

Three major pillars of online poker players have already boycotted French: Partouche, Paradise Poker and Betfair. This action was implemented to avoid problems with the French government. Should we conclude that these three groups do not require licenses become available for “legal” in the eyes of the French government? Yet their numbers are increasing at French customers eyes.

It is true that the conditions imposed by the organization responsible for assigning licenses (ARJEL) are not easy to fill and he will have to fight to get one of fifty available licenses.

This bill will result in a significant loss of French clients. To take advantage of online poker and train flat out as good poker player, gamers will have to find an alternative or comply with any silly restrictions.

Will we see fewer and fewer players on the French satellite for access to international events? Is it a handicap to play from the French territory ?

We have the answer to these questions some time after the month of June 2010.
