The Senate arranges …. Because under the Law on Gambling and gambling on the Internet, the illegal sites are trying to be numerous. Out of the Authority responsible for regulation of online games do not count spaces left at such sites and for this reason that the Senate would toughen rules games requiring through a judge that Google & Co URLs dereference operators banned!
How this will happen if a site is caught by ARJEL? For a little reminder: the ARJEL has every right with the text of online gaming, to sanction any operator who has no amenities and attacks the French market. This decision was passed by the National Assembly.
The Authority of Regulation of Online Games will then submit a formal notice to the operator for inviting him to rectify the situation. And if he does not answer the requirements within 8 days, the Authority may then refer the judge to require a direct blocking of the site!
But that’s not all because the Finance Committee of the Senate add a party to article 50 to go further than the National Assembly. This means that ARJEL may refer the judge to ensure that measures require dereferencing evening with search engines or directories. This text will still be passed by parliament so that the text becomes a law. The ultimate goal is that those sites become clear to everyone by being blocked or nonexistent on Google, but Yahoo Bing.
Jean Francois Vilotte, in charge of setting up the ARJEL explains that “the recipes include the authority consisting of three fixed duties: first, due at the time of filing an application for accreditation, established between two miles and fifteen thousand euros, the second due each year during the term of approval, will be between ten thousand and forty thousand, and finally the third will be spread among a thousand and ten thousand euros and will be payable at application for renewal of approval ”
Thus we understand that only adults can foresee such a trade in France with a fine under penalty of delisting and blocking course! With these steps the France stands out, however, is that the delisting will be a success compared to law HADOPI a failure!
